RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, except for orders placed during sale periods.

  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Return Refusals: Returns may be denied if items are used, washed, damaged, or altered (unless they were received in a defective condition).

  • Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide an unboxing video and photos via the website, and our Customer Experience Team will assist you.

 Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued (for both COD and prepaid orders) as store credits sent via email.

Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are allowed within 1 day of delivery, except for sale period orders.

  • If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid in advance.

  • If the new item costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit via a Gift Card.​

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request: Start the return/exchange process via the website, following the provided instructions.

  2. Approval: The Customer Experience Team will review and confirm your request within 48 hours.

  3. Reverse Pickup: Pickup will be scheduled after approval from our team.

  4. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packed, just as it was delivered.

  5. Refund Method: Refunds for both COD & prepaid orders will be issued as store credit via a Jock Matters Gift Card.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Sale & Flash Sale Items: Items purchased during sales or promotional events cannot be exchanged.

  • Restricted Products: Certain items cannot be exchanged, including boxers and shorts.
